WHAT IS IT AND WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

LAX2007 – Get Groomed is a six weeks language activity which needs to be done outside of your lecture hours. In this activity, students are to plan and record three Grooming Instruction Videos every 2-week in English.


PRODUCT
1. THREE Grooming Instruction Videos
2. Each video uses THREE different themes/situation 

Example:

1st Grooming Instruction Video - Job Interview 

2nd Grooming Instruction Video - Company Dinner

3rd Grooming Instruction Video - Engagement Ceremony



HOW?
In a group of 5-6 students, you will need to:

1. Discuss and produce THREE Grooming Instruction Videos (to be done in Meeting No. 2, 4 and 6 respectively) based on THREE different themes/situations.

2. Each grooming tutorial should be in English and the duration of the video should be 5 to 8-minute.

3. Video record the group discussions of the tutorials (Meeting No. 1, 3 and 5). The duration of the group discussions should be 10 to 12 minutes per recording.

4. Upload the group’s tutorial every two weeks (Meeting No. 2, 4 and 6) onto a dedicated website.

5. Ensure every member is featured in the Grooming Instruction Videos in at least one tutorial respectively.

6. Video record your personal thoughts on the project. This recording is to be done as a group after you have produced the Grooming Instruction Video recording and the duration is 10 to 12 minutes.

7. Upload all the video recordings (Group Discussion, Group Reflection Videos & Grooming Instruction Videos) onto YouTube and then upload the YouTube links on your respective group's Edmodo page.

Remember, you need to submit the group discussion and reflection videos on a weekly basis. You need to upload your videos onto YouTube and post the links in the group's Edmodo site.
These videos are proofs of your weekly meeting and activities.
